Tris-glycine (TG) buffer is used for native (non-denaturing) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of proteins. This powder is for preparing tris-glycine buffer.

Tris-Glycine Buffer (TG) Powder, pH 8.3 (Cat. #T9102)
10 pouches (for 10 L)
Final solution from one pouch (1 L) contains:
0.025 M Tris
0.192 M Glycine
Store powder at room temperature.
Transfer the contents of the pouch to a flask or beaker. Add 300 ml of distilled water or deionized water and stir the solution for a few minutes. Adjust the volume to 1,000 ml, and stir until completely dissolved.
